Target Perfect Order measures three aspects: ASN Availability, ASN Accuracy, and Physical Barcodes.
ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices) must be sent for 100% of purchase orders, must be error-free, and must be transmitted before the in-yard date and time for each shipment. 100% of cartons arriving at Target DCs must carry legible, scannable barcodes that match Target's system records.
