Anti-Spam Policy

Our Commitment

Revya, Inc. ("Revya") prohibits the advertising or promotion of revya.ai, gorevya.com, and any Revya product, service, or web property through unsolicited commercial email or any other form of unsolicited electronic message.

This prohibition is absolute. It applies to Revya employees, contractors, agents, resellers, affiliates, referral partners, marketing vendors, and any third party acting on Revya's behalf or promoting Revya for compensation or benefit of any kind.

Consent Requirement

Revya sends commercial email only to recipients who have given affirmative, verifiable consent to receive it. Consent is obtained when a person:

• Submits a form on a Revya web property requesting to receive email from us
• Creates an account or requests a product demonstration
• Explicitly opts in to a Revya mailing list through a confirmed subscription process

Revya does not purchase, rent, harvest, scrape, or otherwise acquire email addresses from third-party list vendors. Business card exchange, conference attendance, and prior conversation do not by themselves constitute consent to receive marketing email, and Revya does not treat them as such.

Message Standards

Every commercial email sent by Revya or on Revya's behalf must:

• Accurately identify Revya as the sender in the From, Reply-To, and routing information
• Use a subject line that accurately reflects the content of the message
• Include a functioning, one-click unsubscribe mechanism
• Include Revya's valid physical postal address
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and in no case later than ten business days

Third Parties and Affiliates

Revya does not operate an affiliate or referral program that compensates third parties for email-driven promotion of revya.ai. No third party is authorized to advertise Revya web properties by unsolicited email under any circumstance.

Any partner, vendor, or contractor found to be promoting Revya through unsolicited messages will have their relationship with Revya terminated immediately, and Revya will cooperate with affected mail operators and blocklist maintainers to document and remediate the activity.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy by employees are grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination. Revya monitors complaint rates across all sending infrastructure and suspends any campaign, list, or sending identity that exceeds accepted industry complaint thresholds.

Reporting Abuse

If you received an unsolicited message advertising a Revya web property, please report it to us with full message headers. We investigate every report and respond directly.
